Yola achieved Gold CGC and Orion Bronze and Silver – I am very proud of them! And thanks to Caring Friends in Vanderbijlpark for hosting the tests.
With the arrival of Orion we needed a bigger car. A 7 seater Suzuki Ertiga was purchased, the rear seats removed and a platform fitted. Now plenty of room for the dogs.
This is what my music studio looks like when I’m practicing guitar – hardly any space for me!
The learners were treated to a show by the JOY Dogs, they were enthralled at the tricks and beauty of the dogs and learned a lot too. This was our second visit there so we must be doing something right!

I made collages from puppy photos from Valeriya, the breeder in Russia and one from when Orion arrived here. The first photo is the one where I fell in love with Orion.
An awesome JOY Dogs show at this school. The children were so well disciplined and it was a pleasure to present our show. The dogs were great as usual and we have been asked back for next year.
Orion visited Eukanuba offices to thank them for their sponsorship of Large Breed Puppy food and had a play date with Willow. We also attended a Training evening and the JOY Dogs were a big attraction.
We were honoured to be asked to be a part of this Pet Expo. I gave a talk all about the JOY Dogs and then they also performed tricks and posed for photos. Here’s an article in the Comaro Chronicle from our appearance.
This is what the JOY Dogs are all about, spreading JOY.
